Ascore’s Core Business

Ascore is not active in the waste (E-Waste) collecting business.
Ascore technology and process engineering focuses on composite materials separation, that Waste Management and Recycling entities do not and / or cannot process due to a lack of specialized machinery, technology and know-how.
There are no barriers to entry to enable Ascore to purchase input material; the global market for suitable feedstock is enormous.
Ascore’s output may be sold to foundries for further processing, pending cost / benefit and optimising the level of processing of specific input material(s).
Ascore is a participant in a niche market of extracting metals from composite and laminated materials, namely e-waste and incineration slag. Such material is currently (i) sold through series of metals and commodities traders ultimately to foundries or exported to emerging markets where partial separation of composite materials is performed manually, or (ii) discarded by means of open-burning or landfill.
Legislation is developing, in particular in the EU, which is benefiting and helping to drive Ascore’s core business.
